4. Rates and Pricing

Any quote provided by Mass Movement Enterprises applies to the shipment information provided at the time of the quote.

Additional charges may apply if circumstances change or if additional services, mileage, waiting time, equipment, labor, special handling, or other transportation requirements become necessary.

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their shipment.

Customers must inform Mass Movement Enterprises of any circumstances that could affect the safe transportation of the load.

Accurate load weight
Type and description of materials
Special handling requirements
Hazardous or regulated materials
Pickup and delivery conditions

Loading or unloading requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipment is legal to transport and properly prepared for transportation.

Mass Movement Enterprises reserves the right to refuse transportation of any shipment that is unsafe, illegal, improperly prepared, inaccurately described, or unsuitable for the available equipment.

6. Loading and Unloading

Customers are responsible for communicating any loading or unloading requirements before transportation is scheduled.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, the customer is responsible for ensuring that pickup and delivery locations are reasonably accessible and that appropriate assistance is available when required.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, loading or unloading assistance, special equipment, or other services not included in the original quote.

7. Pickup and Delivery Times

Mass Movement Enterprises makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon pickup and delivery schedules.

Transportation schedules may be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

Weather
Road closures
Accidents
Construction
Mechanical issues
Delays at pickup or delivery locations
Customer-caused delays
Government restrictions

Customers must notify Mass Movement Enterprises of any hazardous, regulated, oversized, unusually heavy, or otherwise special materials before transportation is scheduled.

Transportation of regulated or hazardous materials may be subject to additional requirements and is accepted only when Mass Movement Enterprises has the appropriate equipment, authorization, and ability to safely transport the shipment.
